Return Policy

Returns

You can return goods in their original, unused condition and original packaging within the 30 days of purchase.

A few types of goods are exempt from being returned and include toiletries (toothbrushes, menstrual cups) and well as any cosmetics.

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase from The Simple Concept.

Damaged Goods

If your order arrives with damaged items, please keep all of the original packaging along with the contents and contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. Please send photos of the damage to thesimpleconceptshop@gmail.com

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet and we have sent you a confirmation of the refund, please double check your bank/credit card account.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at thesimpleconceptshop@gmail.com

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items are final sale.

Exchanges

We only process exchanges on items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at thesimpleconceptshop@gmail.com

Shipping

To return your product, you can drop it off to us here at the shop, or we can pick it up on your next delivery as long as your next delivery falls within the 30 day return window.
